Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Saudi Arabia Ulukbek Maripov met with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir

On March 1, 2023, in Riyadh, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ulukbek Maripov met with the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.

At the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction the high dynamics of cooperation both in bilateral and multilateral formats, and discussed topical issues of Kyrgyz-Saudi relations, as well as prospects for their further development.

The parties paid great attention to the issues of organizing mutual visits at the highest level, expanding the bilateral legal framework, intensifying trade and economic ties and implementing joint investment projects, opening regular flights and developing tourism between the two countries. There was also an exchange of views on topical issues of the international and regional agendas.

Touching upon aspects of interaction between the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations, the parties considered issues of mutual support for the candidacies of their countries in the elected bodies of international organizations.

Ambassador U.Maripov expressed the firm intention of the Kyrgyz Republic to further develop consistent cooperation with the Kingdom in all areas of mutual interest.

In turn, Minister of State Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir highly appreciated the efforts made by Ambassador U.Maripov to build up and strengthen friendly relations between the two countries, wishing him further success in his diplomatic mission.

In conclusion, the parties agreed to maintain constant contact and further strengthen bilateral ties.
