On May 22, 2024, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia Kairat Osmonaliev met with First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Lasha Darsalia in Tbilisi.

Issues of mutual support for candidates and initiatives of Kyrgyzstan and Georgia within the framework of international organizations were discussed.  Separately, the initiatives of the Kyrgyz Republic on the global agenda for sustainable mountain development, promoted within the framework of the UNFCCC, and their possible support from the Georgian side were discussed.

At the end of the conversation, the interlocutors noted the readiness and interest of the parties to deepen cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
