On April 30, 2024, a meeting between the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Omurbek Tekebaev and the Director of the „FAV Service gGmbH“ organization Heiko Schüler took place in Erfurt.

During the meeting, current issues of cooperation with „FAV Service gGmbH“ in the field of training qualified personnel from Kyrgyzstan in Thuringia were discussed.

Heiko Schüler reported on the results of the recent visit of the German delegation to Kyrgyzstan in order to attract Kyrgyz youth for vocational training in Germany and noted the great potential for personnel training in German companies. He also reported that students from Kyrgyzstan are planned to arrive in Thuringia in September 2024.

In addition, it was reported that in May of this year the next visit of representatives of FAV Service gGmbH to Kyrgyzstan is planned, during which work will also be carried out to inform about this training program in Thuringia.

For reference: "FAV Service gGmbH" offers young Kyrgyzstanis three-year vocational training in various specialties in companies in Thuringia. One of the main training criteria is knowledge of the German language at level B2. The training is financed from the German side.
