On May 2, 2024, at the Chigi Palace, a meeting was held between the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Taalai Bazarbaev and the Diplomatic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Italy Fabrizio Saggio.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Italy, primarily on the issue of organizing bilateral visits at the highest and high levels. In preparation for the visits, an agreement was reached to intensify work on bilateral draft documents currently under consideration.

Ambassador T.Bazarbaev also informed the interlocutor about the foreign policy priorities of Kyrgyzstan, the reforms being carried out in the country and the economic development of the country in recent years.
