On April 14, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan, Erkinbek Osoev, met with the President of the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO), Mr. Hiroaki Yagi.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation in the field of education and development of human resources.

Erkinbek Osoev noted the importance of JITCO activities for incoming foreign workers and thanked for the constant support and assistance to Kyrgyz technical trainees and workers. He added that one of the main tasks of the Embassy is cooperation with Japan in the field of human resource development, and also expressed the hope that the experience gained by the Kyrgyz people in Japan will make a significant contribution to the development of the country, as well as help strengthen partnership between the two countries.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue close cooperation in the field of education and human resource development.
