On 13 June 2023, Chyngyz Eshimbekov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Qatar was received by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al Thani, Minister of State for Interior Affairs of the State of Qatar.

During the meeting, issues of further development of bilateral cooperation were discussed, in particular, the issue of simplifying the visa regime for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and the beginning of joint work on signed agreements during the visit of the Emir of the State of Qatar to Kyrgyzstan.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on mutual coordination on the issues discussed and joint collaboration of various measures to implement the signed agreements.
