On April 12, 2022, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Mr.Omurbek Tekebaev in Erlangen visited the headquarters of the largest German company “Siemens Healthineers”, specializing in the production of modern medical devices and new technologies in this area, and met with its Vice President Dr. Bernt Bieber.

During the conversation, an exchange of views took place on the current state and opportunities for expanding cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and “Siemens Healthineers”, which for many years has been supplying products to Kyrgyzstan through its partner in our country.

Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. O.Tekebaev informed about the needs of the regions of Kyrgyzstan in the field of health care, noting the significant demand for modern medical equipment, primarily for the diagnosis of various types of diseases, and proposed the implementation of projects in the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of health care on the principles of public-private partnership.

Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. O.Tekebaev invited “Siemens Healthineers” to take part in the Kyrgyz-German Business Forum scheduled for June 13, 2022 in Bishkek.

 Vice President Dr. Bernt Bieber expressed interest in participation of “Siemens Healthineers” representative in this business forum in the Kyrgyz Republic for further detailed discussion of cooperation development issues.
