On December 30, 2020, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Head of the Human Resources Office under the Office of the President of Turkey Assoc. Dr. Salim Atay.

Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev briefly informed about reforms planned by the Government of Kyrgyzstan in the sphere of activities of state bodies.

In turn, Dr. Atay presented reforms carried out in Turkey after the transition to the presidential form of government. Dr. Atay made a presentation on the digital selection system for government jobs, including young professionals from university graduates. He also gave detailed information on the system of education and training of civil servants.

At the end of the meeting, parties agreed to establish cooperation in this direction, first of all, in the development of direct ties between interested structures of government bodies in order to exchange information and experience.
