On February 17, 2021, during the working visit of the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic A. Beishenaliev to Pakistan, he met with the Minister of Health Faisal Sultan and the President of the Pakistan Medical Commission Arshad Taqi, as well as a visited the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Islamabad.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the development of cooperation in the field of higher medical education, licensing and accreditation of medical universities of the Kyrgyz Republic, improving conditions for the training of Pakistani students in Kyrgyzstan, recognition by the Pakistani Medical Commission of medical universities of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the possibility of Pakistan's provision of humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan in connection with pandemic Covid-19.
