On April 22, 2019, there was held the meeting at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey with representatives of the Kyrgyz Diaspora in Turkey.

There were participated the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey K.Omuraliev, Director of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic A.Imangaziyev, Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic S.Toktobolotov, employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy at the meeting.

During the meeting were discussed the issues of the stay of Kyrgyz citizens in Turkey, a thorough exchange of views took place on the protection of the rights and interests of the Kyrgyz citizens and their labor activities in the territory of the Republic of Turkey.

Representatives of the diaspora informed about the existing problems, expressed wishes on a number of issues of interaction with the state bodies of Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.

In turn, representatives of state bodies of Kyrgyzstan informed about planned changes in Kyrgyz legislation aimed for providing high-quality services to Kyrgyz citizens, as well as in the development of bilateral relations between countries, including those relating to the rules of stay.
