On December 7, 2021, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with representatives of the OSTIM Organized Industrial Zone group of companies in the field of renewable energy sources and environmental technologies, united in the OSTIM Enerjik Cluster.

The parties discussed the upcoming visit of a delegation of representatives of 11 OSTIM Enerjik companies to Kyrgyzstan, during which B2B meetings with Kyrgyz entrepreneurs are planned.

Ambassador Omuraliev informed the Turkish side regarding the energy sector and the conditions for doing business in Kyrgyzstan. He emphasized the great potential of our country in the field of hydropower and noted that the Government provides a 10-year guarantee for the purchase of electricity from small hydropower plants. Ambassador Omuraliev also informed regarding the possibilities of duty-free export of manufactured products to the EAEU and EU markets under the GSP + program, low taxes and liberal legislation for doing business than other countries in the region.
