On March 28, 2023, in Buraida, Al-Qasim province, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ulukbek Maripov met His Highness Prince Faisal bin Mishaal Al-Saud, Governor of Al-Qasim Province.

The parties discussed issues of the development of trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, promotion of bilateral tourism and business contacts, holding mutual trade fairs and exhibitions.

Based on the high level of cooperation between the two countries and mutual interest, Ambassador U.Maripov and Prince F.M.Al Saud emphasized the importance of establishing twinning ties between the Osh region and Al-Qasim province. In this regard, the parties agreed to continue coordinated work to promote the Memorandum on the establishment of sister city relations.

In conclusion, Ambassador U.Maripov invited F.M.Al Saud to visit the Kyrgyz Republic at a convenient time for him.
