On January 31, 2022, a round table was held in Ankara with the participation of Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the leadership and businessmen of the Eurasian Economic Relations Association (“EkoAvrasya”).

The event was attended by Turkish entrepreneurs in the field of agriculture, processing industry, energy, transport, trade, tourism, etc.

Ambassador Kubanycbek Omuraliev made a presentation, where he briefed about investment potential and business conditions in Kyrgyzstan in the field of energy, agriculture, tourism, transport, subsoil use, etc. Ambassador noted liberal legislation, free movement of capital, low taxes, as well as opportunities selling manufactured products in the EAEU and under the GSP+ and GSP programs to the European Union and the USA.

After the presentation, Ambassador K.Omuraliev provided answered the questions of entrepreneurs.

An agreement was reached with EkoAvrasya to organize a visit of a delegation of entrepreneurs of the mentioned Association to Kyrgyzstan in the spring of 2022 to attract investment and open new production sites.
