On August 31, 2023, in Islamabad the reception took place, which was organized by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the occasion of the 32nd Anniversary of the Independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Members of the government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, heads of international organizations, parliamentarians, diplomats, public figures, business circles, creative intelligentsia and journalists took part in the festive event

In his welcoming speech, Ambassador H.E. Mr. Ulanbek Totuiaev highlighted the main achievements of the country's independence, highlighting the commitment of the Kyrgyz Republic to further intensify Kyrgyz-Pakistani cooperation.

The guest of honor of the event, the Federal Minister of National Heritage and Culture of Pakistan Mr. Jamal Shah in his congratulatory speech wished the people of the Kyrgyz Republic prosperity and well-being and noted the great potential of Kyrgyz-Pakistani cooperation.

Guests of the event were shown videos about tourism and investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan.

The reception was accompanied by a concert program.
