On August 10, 2021, Ms.Manal Elsayed Yehia Elshinnawi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Kyrgyz Republic with the residence in Nur-Sultan, presented copies of credentials to Mr.Ruslan Kazakbaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the conversation Minister R.Kazakbaev congratulated the people of Egypt on the Hijri Day (New 1443 Year according to the Muslim calendar) and assured the Ambassador of Egypt of the willingness of the Kyrgyz Republic to expand cooperation with the Arab Republic of Egypt in various areas of mutual interest.

Minister R.Kazakbaev also noted that Kyrgyz-Egyptian relations will reach new qualitative level both in bilateral and multilateral formats when the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic is established in Cairo.

In turn, Ambassador Ms. Elshinnawi expressed special satisfaction with her appointment as the new Ambassador of Egypt to Kyrgyzstan and thanked the Ministry for assistance in organizing her meetings in the ministries and agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic expressing her readiness to make every effort to develop bilateral ties between the two countries.

The parties also noted the great importance of organizing mutual visits at high and highest levels, holding political consultations between the foreign ministries, celebrating the Days of Culture of the two countries and celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations, as well as cooperating within the framework of international organizations such as the UN, OIC and SCO.
