On June 5, 2023 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zh.Kulubaev met with the Minister of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the United Kingdom Leo Docherty.

During the meeting the parties discussed topical issues of the bilateral Kyrgyz-British cooperation.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Zh.Kulubaev noted the importance of strengthening and expanding trade, economic and investment cooperation with the United Kingdom.

The parties outlined the existing potential for the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, especially in the field of education, as well as expanding ties between the citizens of the two countries.

The parties also discussed the issues of the regional and international agenda.
