On July 9, 2019 he Round table on Kyrgyz-Chinese bilateral relations was held in the Euro-Asian Social Development Research Institute, Development Research Center of the State Council of PRC. The event was attended by Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in China Mrs. Kanaiym Baktygulova, representatives of the Embassy, Director of the Euro-Asian Social Development Research Institute, Development Research Center of the State Council of PRC Mr. Li Fenglin, professors and representatives of the Institute and other think tanks.

During the Round table, the participants highly appreciated the level of political trust between the two countries and the achievements of the recent meetings of the two countries leaders, as well as discussed the current status and prospects of bilateral relations, cooperation in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian areas, in the field of security and cooperation in the SCO framework.
