On November 6, 2022, the Special representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for Special Assignments Mr. T.Masadykov arrived in Kabul on a working visit to hold meetings with the leadership of the de-facto authorities of Afghanistan.

 During the working visit, meetings were held with acting first vice-prime minister of the IEA A.Gh.Baradar, acting vice-prime minister A.S.Hanafi and acting first deputy minister of foreign affairs Sh.M.Abbas Stanekzai.

 During the meetings, issues of regional security and the development of bilateral trade and economic relations, cultural ties, transport corridors and the possibility of providing humanitarian assistance to the afghan people were discussed.
