On February 16, 2020, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey from the province of Mersin Behich Chelik and businessmen-members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of mentioned province.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of trade and economic relations between the countries, in particular, attracting investment and the establishment of industrial enterprises in Kyrgyzstan. Ambassador Omuraliev informed businessmen from Mersin about investment opportunities and advantages of doing business in our country.

Taking into account the fact that beans from Kyrgyzstan are exported through the Commodity exchange in Mersin, the parties discussed the possibility of opening an enterprise for processing beans in our country.
