the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan hosted a charity event dedicated to the International Day of Disabled Persons

On November 22, 2019, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Japan hosted a charity event dedicated to the International Day of Disabled Persons.

The programme included a performance by the Japanese harpist Ms. M. Kotohira, a mini-concert of Kyrgyz folk musical instruments and a fair of national souvenirs, felt products and honey produced in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as tasting of national dishes and drinks.

At the same time, a presentation was presented on the investment and tourism potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, the history and traditions of the Kyrgyz people.

For the guests, this event was a good opportunity to learn more about the national traditions, culture and cuisine of Kyrgyzstan, to feel the Kyrgyz spirit.

The charity event allowed to collect 76 thousand Japanese yen (about 49 thousand soms), which will be sent to social institutions assigned to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The event was attended by representatives of Japanese organizations, Japanese media, representatives of the Japanese creative intelligentsia, as well as residents of the land of the rising sun.
