Тhe inauguration of the monument to the first Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Zhusup Abdrakhmanov

On October 1, 2021, in the Park of Turkic History in Etimesgut municipality of Ankara, the inauguration of the monument to the first Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Zhusup Abdrakhmanov took place.

Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev and Mayor of Etimesgut municipality Enver Demirel laid flowers at the monument and honored the memory of the founder of the Kyrgyz statehood.

In the Park of Turkic History, along with the monument to Zhusup Abdrakhmanov, there are monuments to the founders of the Turkic-speaking states – Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, Mamed Emin Rasulzade, Nursultan Nazarbaev, Islam Karimov, Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov and Rauf Denktash.

For reference: Turkic History Park was opened on August 29, 2021. There are monuments to the founders of the Turkic-speaking states, as well as to the famous representatives of the Turkic-speaking world such as Chingiz Aitmatov, Makhtumkuli, Abai Kunanbaev and Turkic kagans. In total, there are 206 monuments in the park.
