On March 26, 2021, at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy, the Charge d'Affaires of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy Ermek Isakov met with students from Kyrgyzstan studying at the universities of Rome.

During the meeting, the students were informed about the opening of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Italy, the current work being carried out, as well as the further prospects for holding cultural events in the future. An exchange of views took place on the existing issues of the stay and life of Kyrgyz students in Italy, obtaining permits, the form of study at Italian universities and many other topics.

Students were informed about the forthcoming Referendum on Amendments to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic which will be held on April 11, 2021, and the work of Electoral Station №9033 at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy. Embassy had specially noted the importance of participation of the young generation of Kyrgyzstan in important political events of the country.

At the end of the meeting, the Embassy informed the Kyrgyz students about the upcoming celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of Kyrgyzstan and the need for active participation in the events.
