The Visa Application Centre of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic accepts and issues documents on the Kyrgyz visas’ processing and visa support for foreign citizens and stateless persons at the request of legal entities (state authorities; diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states located in the Kyrgyz Republic; international organizations and their representative offices in the Kyrgyz Republic and other organizations) and at the personal appeal of individuals.

The Visa Application Centre is located at the address: 10, Togolok Moldo Street, Bishkek

Work Schedule: daily, except Wednesday and weekends, reception and issuance of documents on visa issues

from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Issuance of passports with a visa glued into it: from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
