On June 1, 2022, on the occasion of the International Children's Day, employees of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh, Zhalal-abad and Batken regions visited and congratulated the pupils of the Kara-Suu Special General Education Boarding school for deaf children.

With the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the diplomatic corps accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Club of Honorary Consuls and the OSCE Program Office, funds were collected and transferred to the patronized boarding school to equip the school and purchase household appliances. Also, the staff of the Plenipotentiary Representation transferred over national drinks and sweets to the pupils of the school.

         Kara-Suu special boarding school for deaf children was built in 1936. As of 06/01/2022 174 students from all regions and cities of the southern region of Kyrgyzstan study at the boarding school
