Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan met with the President of the Fire Institute of the Republic of Korea and discussed cooperation in the field of fire safety

On April 14, 2022, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea Aida Ismailova, visited the Korea Fire Institute and met with President Kim Ilso.

During the meeting, Ambassador Aida Ismailova noted the importance of establishing cooperation between the countries in the field of fire safety, in particular, she proposed the exchange of experience in improving the fire safety system and developing methods for operating advanced firefighting equipment.

The parties also discussed the possibility of creating a Kyrgyz-Korean training fire training ground, designed to train firefighters for actions to eliminate fires.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement to invite employees of the fire service of the Kyrgyz Republic to conduct joint training in South Korea was reached, as well as the participation in 2022 of representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic at the EXPO on fire safety, which will be held in the Republic of Korea.

In addition, an acquaintance with the Institute took place, during which the Ambassador Aida Ismailova took part in testing new firefighting equipment.
