On May 20, 2023, with the assistance of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Korea, a meeting was organized between the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in Osh region Elchibek Zhantayev and the director of the company "Favors" Se-Chang Seo, as well as with representatives of the Osh City Hall.

During the meeting, the prospects for the development of youth infrastructure in the region and the importance of creating conditions for active participation of young people in public life were discussed. A common interest was expressed in strengthening and developing youth initiatives and exchanging experience in this area, and an agreement was reached to open a Youth Center in the city of Osh by the end of 2023, which will become a platform for the development of youth initiatives, entrepreneurship and cultural exchange.
