The German delegation was headed by German Foreign Ministry Commissioner for Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia Michael Siebert. The Kyrgyz delegation was led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Azizbek Madmarov.

During the consultations between the Parties, a constructive exchange of views took place both on issues of bilateral cooperation and on topical issues of regional and international cooperation.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Azizbek Madmarov stressed the successful cooperation between the two countries in many areas of interaction of mutual interest, and noted the importance of further strengthening the political dialogue by organizing mutual visits and expanding economic cooperation.

The head of the German delegation, Michael Siebert, positively noted the democratic development of Kyrgyzstan and expressed the readiness of the German side to further expand cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic.
