On May 31, 2024, a meeting was held between the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Mr. Omurbek Tekebaev and the Head of Protocol of the State Chancellery of Berlin, Head of Protocol and International Department of the City of Berlin Ms. Carolin von Buddenbrock.

During the meeting, issues of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Berlin in the areas of economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation were discussed.

Ambassador Mr. O.Tekebaev spoke about the potential for cooperation in the economic sphere, training of qualified personnel and proposed organizing a joint Kyrgyz-German business forum.
