Registration of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic (consular registration)

The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic reminds citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic of the need for registration on consular registration and reports that the main purpose of consular registration is to create a list of Kyrgyz citizens in the United States and Canada to observe constitutional rights (participation in elections) and protect the rights and interests of Kyrgyz citizens in the host country ( in case of loss of documents - assistance in the restoration of documents), etc.

For registration on consular records, it is necessary to send the following documents to the Embassy:

1. Application (click here) 

2. Ordinary passport of the Kyrgyz Republic

3. One 2x2 inch color photo

4. One prepaid envelope of the postal services USPS, UPS, Fedex with the return address of the applicant and always with a tracking number!

5. Consular fee is not charged (free).

It is also possible to apply for registration remotely. To the email address of the Consular Section of the Embassy kgconsulate.washington@mfa.gov.kg, you need to scan and send copies of the following documents:
