Consular registration
Consular registration and consular communication work with Kyrgyz nationals residing in Afghanistan is carried out in accordance with Regulation on Procedure for Consular Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic Moving Outside the Kyrgyz Republic No. 699 of August 19, 2013.
