On January 12, 2023, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic A. Moldogaziev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China Du Dewen at the Ministry.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of Kyrgyz-Chinese relations. The results of 2022, full of important political, economic, cultural and humanitarian events, were highly appreciated. The parties exchanged views on plans for the development of bilateral relations for 2023.

Special attention was paid to the promotion of joint economic projects in the field of transport, communications, agriculture, etc., as well as the restoration of the operation of checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Chinese border to the level that preceded the coronavirus epidemic.
