On March 30, 2024, in Xi'an (China), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the People's Republic of China Aktilek Musaeva participated in the opening ceremony of the Central Asia–China Secretariat.

The abovementioned solemn event was also attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China Sun Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of China of Shaanxi Province Zhao Yide, Executive Director of the Central Asia-China Secretariat Wu Yingqin, as well as heads of diplomatic missions of Central Asia in China and other officials of the PRC and Central Asian states.

During her speech, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to China read out a congratulatory message from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Zheenbek Kulubaev.

Ambassador Aktilek Musaeva expressed hope that the Secretariat would make an important and significant contribution to further strengthening relations between Central Asia and China.
