The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar accepts applications on the issues of citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Considering Citizenship Issues of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 174, August 10, 2013.

Passports:

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic can exchange a passport in the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar, if they have a residence permit - Qatar ID, and at the same time they are registered at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who are not registered with the consulate may apply for consular registration when they apply for a passport.

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic has no authority to exchange passports for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic who entered Qatar on a tourist or guest visa.

Certificates for return:

In case of loss of the passport, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic may apply to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar with a request for issuing a temporary travel document - Certificate for return to the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Certificate for return to the Kyrgyz Republic is issued only for returning to the Kyrgyz Republic and has a validity period of 30 days. After returning to the Kyrgyz Republic, the applicant is obliged within a month to apply to the authorized bodies for issuing a new passport and returning the Certificate for return to the Kyrgyz Republic.
