On May 24, 2023 in Budapest, at the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty of Turkic Studies of Eötvös Loránd University "ELTE" Benedek Peri, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary Talantbek Kushchubekov delivered a guest lecture to students and professors of the faculty about the history of Kyrgyzstan, its formation as an independent sovereign state, and on the status and prospects of the Kyrgyz-Hungarian bilateral relations.

On May 24, 2023 in Budapest, at the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty of Turkic Studies of Eötvös Loránd University "ELTE" Benedek Peri, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary Talantbek Kushchubekov delivered a guest lecture to students and professors of the faculty about the history of Kyrgyzstan, its formation as an independent sovereign state, and on the status and prospects of the Kyrgyz-Hungarian bilateral relations. 

In his presentation Ambassador Talantbek Kushchubekov informed about the significant milestones in the history of Kyrgyzstan, from ancient petroglyphs to the formation of an independent state and adoption of the first Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the 30th anniversary of which was celebrated on May 5, 2023.

The Ambassador also noted the dynamic development of bilateral strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Hungary in all areas of cooperation, including the official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Sadyr Zhaparov to Hungary on February 13-14 of this year.   

Closing the lecture, Ambassador Talantbek Kushchubekov expressed his gratitude for the invitation and the opportunity to address the young generation of Hungary and wished to them success and high achievements in their paths.
