On October 25, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.Kulubaev, took part in the XI Eurasian Forum “The History of the Great Steppe: From Origins to the Present,” which was held at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (ENU) , And delivered a welcoming speech.

Rector of the Eurasian National University E. Sydykov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Kazakhstan, scientists, leading experts in the field of Eurasianism and Turkology also attended the event.

The forum is held annually in the framework of the programs "Rukhani Zhagyru", "Seven faces of the Great Steppe" of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev. The main objective of the Eurasian Forum is to exchange modern experience in scientific research on the history and culture of the Great Steppe.

Within the framework of the ENU conference, an exhibition of the National Center of Manuscripts and Rare Books of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan was also organized.
