November 13-14 this year The Days of Kazakh Medicine in the Kyrgyz Republic are being held in Bishkek. The delegation of Kazakhstan consisting of more than 100 delegates was headed by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Birtanov. The delegation included representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leading medical centers, state and private organizations in the health sector, universities, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and the public community of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Days of Kazakhstani medicine in Kyrgyzstan is an event aimed at strengthening cooperation between the healthcare systems of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, the opportunity to expand interaction between medical organizations, the exchange of experience and knowledge, innovations and technologies in order to ensure the availability and quality of medical care for citizens of both republics. During the event the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.Birtanov shared his experience with Kyrgyz colleagues in implementing state programs, introducing digitalization in the healthcare sector, regulating the drug supply system, and a comprehensive program to combat cancer. Within the framework of the Days of Kazakh medicine in the Kyrgyz Republic, there will be presentations of reforms in the healthcare sector of Kazakhstan, new technologies in medicine. Issues such as the development of medical tourism, the use of modern nuclear technologies in oncology, the protection of maternal and child health, the development of primary health care, and the digitalization of healthcare will be discussed. A medical exhibition will also be organized. On November 14, 3 master classes will be held with the participation of leading Kazakhstani specialists at the Bishkek Center for Traumatology and Orthopedics, as well as free consultations at the leading clinics in Bishkek.
