On November 20, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.Kulubaev took part and delivered a welcoming speech at the inauguration of the V International Youth Legal Forum “Human Rights and Transnational Security Threats”, held at KAZGUU University named after M.S.Narikbaev, organized with the support of the OSCE Office in Nur Sultan.

The event was also attended by the Deputy Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan D.Digol, representatives of the Embassies of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Ukraine in Kazakhstan, Vice-Rector of KAZGUU M.Daulenov.

After the opening of the Forum, work was continued in the framework of panel discussions with the participation of leading experts in the field of human rights, the fight against human trafficking, the fight against terrorism, environmental security, and cybersecurity.

The Forum is attended by students from Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
