On January 29, 2020 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.Kulubaev has met with the president of the Italian company "CEG Elettronica Industriale S.p.A." Uberto Canaccini.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation, as well as the possible areas of investment of the Italian company in the economy of Kyrgyzstan. In particular, they discussed such promising areas of attracting Italian investment in the Kyrgyz Republic as hydropower, the green economy, renewable energy sources, and transport.
Ambassador Zh. Kulubaev also informed U.Canachchini that in July of this year the first EU-CA economic forum will be held in Bishkek, which will become a unique platform for developing cooperation between business circles of Central Asian countries and Europe, as well as attracting EU investments in Central Asian countries and invited CEG Elettronica Industriale SpA to participate in this event .
