• Joint Declaration on the Basics of Friendly Relations and Cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea (June 1997, Seoul);
• Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Korea on cultural cooperation (June 1997, Seoul);
• Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Korea regarding loans from the Economic Development
• Cooperation Fund (December 1998, Bishkek);
• Loan agreement for modernization of communications between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Export-Import Bank of the Republic of Korea

• Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Korea on the establishment of air services (July 2006,Seoul);
