On November 2, 2023, the annual Semaeul Undong Leaders Forum was held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, in which the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Korea took part. This event was attended by representatives of the Semaeul Undong Movement from more than 40 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, representatives of diplomatic missions, and heads of government agencies of the Republic of Korea. The Chairman of the Semaeul Undong Kyrgyzstan Association A. Zhakypov and leaders of other communities of the Semaeul Undong Movement in Kyrgyzstan were also invited to the Forum. For the positive results achieved, the leader of one of this Movement in Kyrgyzstan, Minovar Niyazova, was awarded the Semaul Undong Certificate of Honor.

At the Forum, issues of mutual cooperation, prospects and directions of activity of the Semaeul Undong Movement in the world were discussed.
