Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea and Agency for Promotion and Protection of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic organized the participation of Kyrgyz companies in the international exhibition "Import Goods Fair", which held from June 21 to 23, 2018 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Exhibition was held by the Korea Importers Association (KOIMA) with the support of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency and Korea International Trade Association.

The opening ceremony of the event started with the welcoming speech of the Mr. Shin Myoung-jin, Chairman of KOIMA in the presence of more than thirty Heads of diplomatic missions accredited in the Republic of Korea, as well as representatives of more than 100 foreign companies. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea Kylychbek Sultan and Kyrgyz companies “AmanGreenfood”, “Variant” and “Aisuluu” took part from our country.

Our companies presented a wide range of national products and beverages, such as honey, nuts, dried fruits, cherry and cognac "Kyrgyzstan". Korean companies showed a great interest in Kyrgyz products. During B2B meetings, Korean companies expressed their intention to visit Kyrgyzstan and research country's market and export possibilities of products to Korea.

Unfortunately, tourist companies of the Kyrgyz Republic did not take part in the international exhibition event "Import Goods Fair".
