On June 18, 2019, there was the meetıng of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev with the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey Hulusi Akar.

Ambassador K.Omuraliev expressed gratitude to the Turkish side for military-technical assistance of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as for supporting of Turkey in the training of military personnel and expressed a request to increase the number of Kyrgyz cadets in military schools of Turkey.

As part of improving the capacity to train highly qualified officers for the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ambassador K. Omuraliev noticed the necessity of the earliest construction of the Military Institute of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic. Minister H. Akar assured of the implementation of this issue.

K.Omuraliev noticed that the construction of the institute will be a symbol of friendship, as well as contribute to the development of bilateral relations.
