On March 2, 2021, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Head of the Turkish Historical Society Prof. Dr. Birol Cetin.

During the meeting, an agreement was reached on conducting joint scientific research in the field of history and archeology, as well as were discussed prospects for the development of cooperation and exchange of experience between the Society and relevant organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 At the end of the meeting, Head of the Society Mr. Cetin expressed his readiness to open a historical library in Kyrgyzstan, which will consist of printed publications and e-books in different languages.
