On July 6, 2021, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with Yavuz Selim Kıran, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, in charge of consular affairs.

During the meeting, Ambassador Mr. Omuraliev informed about sending of the Embassy’s Note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey with a request to inform about whereabouts of a Kyrgyz citizen Orhan Inandı and to ensure a consular officer access to him.

Deputy Minister Yavuz Kıran assured that the Turkish Foreign Ministry will send the request of the Kyrgyz side to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey. At the same time, he noted that Orhan Inandı is a Turkish citizen, and he does not have information about whereabouts of him.
