President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Zheenbekov 12 March, 2019 signed a Decree according to which Mr. Kubanychbek Omuraliev was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey.
