On August 23, 2021, the opening ceremony of a photo exhibition dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's Independence was held at the Art Gallery of the Zafer shopping center in Ankara, which was organized by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey jointly with the Municipality of Ankara city.

The event was attended by Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev and Vice-Mayor of Ankara Serzhan Chyggyn, where they noted that such events contribute to strengthening friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The exhibition featured paintings depicting historical sights, landscapes of the country, national sports, reflecting the ancient history, rich culture, picturesque nature, and traditional life of Kyrgyzstan.

The photo exhibition will last until August 28, 2021, admission is free for all residents and guests of Ankara.
