On November 30, 2021, at Gazi University in Ankara, there was held an event in honor of the 120th anniversary of the birth of the founder of Kyrgyz literature and grammar, poet, playwright, educator, statesman Kasym Tynystanov with participation of teaching staff and students of university.

The speech was made by Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Rector of the University Prof. Musa Yildiz and Prof. Hulya Kasapoglu Cengel, during which they noted the invaluable contribution of Kasym Tynystanov to the development of science and education in Kyrgyzstan, as well as to the formation of Kyrgyz statehood.

During the event, a short video about the life and work of Kasym Tynystanov was also shown.
