On January 14-15, 2020, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev paid the working visit to Malatya.

During the trip, Ambassador Omuraliev met with the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the province of Malatya Oguzkhan Ata Sadykoglu and made a presentation on the investment climate and opportunities in the Kyrgyz Republic, on the conditions for doing business (liberal taxes, costs of doing business, etc.), macroeconomic indicators and the foreign trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the membership of the Kyrgyz Republic in the EAEU. Ambassador Omuraliev invited businessmen to participate in the Kyrgyz-Turkish business forum to be held in the summer of 2020, and also answered questions of interest of them.

Then Ambassador Omuraliev visited a number of companies in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone of Malatya that produce textiles, elevator equipment, etc. Omuraliev also made acquainted with the activities of Technocent (technopark) at the University named after Inenu.

At the meeting with members of the MÜSAİD branch in Malatya province and its head Muharrem Poiraz, Ambassador Kubanycbek Omuraliev also made a presentation on the investment climate and opportunities in the Kyrgyz Republic and invited businessmen to the Kyrgyz-Turkish business forum. The parties agreed on the assistance of the Embassy on the visit of a delegation of 20-25 MÜSAİD businessmen to Kyrgyzstan to establish cooperation with Kyrgyz businessmen.
