On August 8, 2019, the meeting of the Consular General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Yekaterinburg B. Salimzhanov with the Representative of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Chelyabinsk city A.G. Khabibulin was held, on the initiative of the Bashkir part.

During the meeting, issues of trade and economic cooperation between the parties were discussed. In particular, B. Salimzhanov provided a list of companies and firms of the Kyrgyz Republic with the name of their products and production volumes. Also given information on the offer of «Prodmassiv Sibir» (Novosibirsk, Russian Federation) company, which has been cooperating with the Agency for the Promotion and Protection of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2017, for the supply of rainbow trout from Kyrgyzstan.

The parties expressed their readiness for further cooperation and development of relations and the implementation of joint plans.
