The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the United Arab Emirates, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the International Islamic Food Processing Association (IFPA) of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), organised the participation of Kyrgyz agricultural producers in the 5th Annual Future Food Forum 2023 in Dubai on 20-21 September.

       The Kyrgyz delegation was represented by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdilatif Jumabaev, Minister Counsellor Almazbek Esenaliev, Chairman of the Association of Berry Growers of the Kyrgyz Republic Tilek Toktogaziev, Head of the Farm "Ysmayil" Adilet Ismailov, Head of Uzak Group LLC Azamat Majikov and Gimnili Company. Kyrgyz food producers had a stand where they presented their products to the Forum participants. Kyrgyz producers also held networking meetings with their counterparts from the United Arab Emirates and other countries around the world to discuss issues of mutual interest.

          The 5th Annual Future Food Forum 2023 was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates and with the support of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry to promote the sustainable development of the food and beverage industry in the Middle East region. The Forum was attended by 690 regional food industry leaders, 230 global companies from 50 countries.
